A band that I love but nobody knows

Aspasia is a chilean post-rock band. They mix the music and diferents text from some speechs, books, poetry, movies or they put her own lyrics, but they rarely sings on their songs, they prefer to read over the music.
Their lyrics are about politic, society and philosofy of diferents topics, like human condition and existencialism. One of my favorites songs is about the 'hedgehog dilemma' of Schopenhauer

This is the first member of Aspasia. At the beginning, he was the only member.
I meet her in Parque Bustamante, when I buy his disc.

I meet them for a friend, I show them 'Gonzales y los asistentes' other post-rock chilean band, and he talk me about Aspasia, when I go home I can't stop of listen them

The first job of Aspasia was released in 2008, now they have a lot of albums on their website so you can download them for free.

They are so recognised, but sadly only in the underground post-rock scenario. I never see them in live, and I really want to, but I don't have had the oportunity yet.

My favorite piece of technology

I don't really have some like a favorite piece of technology, but if i had to choose one, I would choose the headphones. 

 They are amazing, you can listen your music in every situation, you can use them whenever you want. 

 They are in diferents forms, colors, quality and size. Personally I prefer the headphones that makes you can't hear nothing except the music, they are so useful when you want to read or concentrate in something,  but the people makes a lot of noise. I don't like the bigger headphones, carry them is really unconfortable.

 When I'm tired in class, I like to sleep and listen some music with my headphones.

Expectations for the semester

This semester I want to find a place to record some songs and then can listen them and share it with my friends. I expect to find the time to read all the books that the teachers recommend, I find them so interesting. I hope to go away to some close cities with my friends, and maybe, in holidays, go to camp with them. I have a lot of movies that I want to see. Finally, I'm trying to exempt of the exams and have longer vacations, I really wish make it, but it will be hard.

Biography

I have seventeen years old and I live in La Florida. I'm studying psychology, this is my first year in the university.
I like the music, a lot of styles and genres. I also like the literature, one of my favorite writer is Allan Poe, I really believe that his style is something unique.
 I used to have a dog, now I simply love them, but the hedgehogs and the crows are animals that have big importance to me too.
 I like to play guitar, sometimes I can play it for hour, trapped in the music, and not get bored. I write and draw in my free time, even in the classroom. I really love take the things and put them in the paper.
